Every time you use our service, two things happen:

  • We dance a happy-dance in the office
  • You get points that improve your NeedRank

What is NeedRank?

Its a way to reward our most frequent users in each region.

So far it's just a number in our database, but in the future high points will give you added functionality and increased permissions.

For the moment, if you're one of the users with the most points, you'll also have a happy star in your profile photo.

How can I improve my NeedRank?

No one knows. It's a secret algorithm. But we've heard you can improve it by:

  • Giving others relevant Helps about topics you master or with ideas/contacts you proudly stand for
  • Recommending great businesses to the Community
  • Posting Needs
  • Posting Sales Ads
  • Giving written feedback to Needs you close
  • Inviting friends (especially if they sign up and become frequent users)
  • And much more...

Of course, if anything you do is marked as spam by the community, you lose your points.
